At a commercial condo complex in Portland’s West Hills, we rebuilt the foundation footings, repaired key structural supports under the building, and replaced two elevated decks — all on steep, challenging terrain. The work was completed from scaffolding and ensured the building’s long-term stability on the hillside.

We rebuilt the historic 8212 landmark in North Portland’s Kenton District, carefully reconstructing it from the studs up to meet City of Portland historic standards — including hand-built windows, custom-fitted doors, and the use of reclaimed old-growth timber to match the original materials.

10,000-square-foot commercial interior renovation involving flooring replacement and structural stabilization to address underlying building conditions. The completed project was recognized with the 2017 DeMuro Award for excellence in renovation in Portland.
