At a commercial condo complex in Portland’s West Hills, we rebuilt the foundation footings, repaired key structural supports under the building, and replaced two elevated decks — all on steep, challenging terrain. The work was completed from scaffolding and ensured the building’s long-term stability on the hillside.

We rebuilt the entire storefront of a historic landmark in North Portland’s Kenton District, carefully reconstructing it from the studs up to meet City of Portland historic standards — including hand-built windows, custom-fitted doors, and the use of reclaimed old-growth timber to match the original materials.
