THREE-PHASE CONSTRUCTION:
We structure our projects into three clear phases, allowing us to anticipate and address challenges early. This approach reduces last-minute changes, keeps deadlines on track, and sets a strong foundation for success. It reflects a mutual commitment — between contractor and owner — to thoughtful planning and exceptional results.

What kind of projects do you do?

Our work spans a wide range of residential construction projects, along with select commercial work for key clients. Recently, we've expanded to offer facilities management services to support larger industry partners. From custom entryways and kitchen remodels to full home restorations, additions, and new construction, we bring the same level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to every project — no matter the size.

How far do you travel?

We primarily serve the Portland metro area, Happy Valley, and North Clackamas County. If your project is within this region, we would be pleased to discuss it with you.

How do I begin this process?

The first step is a simple conversation. We are available to discuss your project goals, budget parameters, and timelines. While having a general sense of your needs and financial scope is helpful at the outset, we understand that many details develop through dialogue.

How do I get an estimate?

Call Jon. After an initial discussion to understand the project scope, we may arrange a site visit if needed. We will then provide a detailed and competitive estimate, guided by respect for your resources and goals.

Do I need to hire an architect?

Some projects can be completed without architectural drawings; others require the involvement of an architect or structural engineer. Should your project need professional design services and you do not have an architect engaged, we can recommend qualified partners with whom we have longstanding relationships.

How do I find a good contractor?

Ask around — talk to neighbors, friends, or family who’ve had work done. Find out if they were happy with the results and the process. A good contractor will be licensed, fully insured (both liability and worker’s comp), show up when they say they will, keep the site clean, and have a trail of happy customers behind them. Ask for recent references — and actually call them. If folks say they’d hire them again, you’re in good hands.
